Are you a skilled sales professional with demonstrated success as a top performer? We are looking for a relationship-based advisor to join our team who will focus 100% on solutions to our clients’ needs, not prospecting. We will train you in our proven process and teach you everything you need to know to start and maintain a six-figure income in the Financial Services industry.

What Our Retirement Advisors Do

We are looking for high performing salespeople who can lend their knowledge of pertinent skills to manage all sales related activities and accomplish revenue and market penetration goals in your territory:

    • Meet with high value clients via preset appointments
    • Make and implement suitable recommendations on follow up client meetings
    • Utilize our proven process and approach to identify and meet client needs
    • Ensure clients’ needs are met quickly and with excellence
    • Deliver monthly gross production and net premium targets

Position Details

    • No cold calling: 8 preset appointments weekly from our book of current clients who know us and trust us, along with 3-4 new clients per week from centralized marketing programs created to provide fresh and qualified leads for you
    • Proven sales process & playbook that drives results for our sales team
    • Base plus commission during 60-day ramp-up
    • $130,000 to $150,000 average 1st year comp plan (top advisors earn $240,000 to $330,000 per year)
    • Incentive trips for high performing sales leaders
    • Company vehicle and all associated expenses (including gas, maintenance, repair, etc.)
