Currently hiring across Northern and Southern California

For over twenty-five years, our Texas based company, Peak American Financial, LLC has taken pride in providing the best in wealth management solutions to our clients nationally.  We are growing exponentially and are seeking advisors with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our teams throughout California. Candidates should have a proven track record in meeting and exceeding targeted sales goals within their assigned region. Advisors must have previous knowledge in providing insurance, retirement or annuity solutions to clients and enjoys being a leader and encourage their team. Active Series 65 licensed is required. All of our advisors will be required to obtain a life insurance license if they do not have one.

What Our Advisors Do

Our advisors have a passion for sales, enjoys working independently and collaboratively and is apprised of the pulse of the market within the retirement solutions industry. Additionally, they will be expected to:

    • Collaborate with our companies’ scheduling team who will provide clientele for our advisors to visit at their home.
    • Obtain 3-4 new clients per week via scheduled visits and networking.
    • Provide clients with wealth management solutions and implement invaluable recommendations that will result in providing services specifically catered to their needs.
    • Deliver exemplary customer service to our clients both verbally and in writing. 
    • Meet or exceed targeted premium goals which are measured on a monthly basis.
