As a Peak American sales employee, you will be on the road meeting with prospective clients. For new employees, we have a gas stipend available to ensure they have the funds needed to perform their job without issue. For those who’ve worked their way up the chain of employment, we offer commodities such as a company car to reach clients. All employees are paid a biweekly wage as opposed to a commission-based payment system. We want our workers to feel they’re making a real impact in our company and the community.
